About the Role
A fantastic new opportunity has arisen within this leading brand with a truly global reach. Based in the South West of England you will work in a varied and exciting division of the business reporting into the Head of legal.
You will provide legal advice to the business teams including drafting and negotiating partnership distribution agreements, panel agreements and terms of business agreements with IFAs and Brokers. You will support the Head of Legal in relation to any ad hoc legal work which will be highly varied and challenging.
You will work in a dynamic team environment working alongside colleagues promoting a warm and open culture.
About You
You will have gained quality experience either in-house or in private practice of drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements. You must be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of contract law, data protection, competition law and regulatory requirements.
To be successful you must be a UK qualified solicitor or barrister with at least 3 years practical legal experience. Excellent communication skills are a must as is the ability to work highly effectively as part of a team. Your ability to communicate with and influence non legal professionals at all levels will be crucial to your success in this role.
