About the Role
This leading defendant professional Indemnity team boasts a number of market leading lawyers and is highly ranked in both legal directories. Its specialised construction team act for the majority of professional indemnity insurers, and advise architects, engineers, surveyors and their insurers in relation to ongoing and potential professional negligence claims. Work is varied and interesting and often involves complex issues. The successful candidate can expect to be given responsibility for their own mixed caseload, commensurate with their experience.
About You
Candidates are likely to have already specialised in professional indemnity work or will have 4+ years post qualification commercial litigation experience, with a genuine interest and ideally some previous experience, in this area. You will be confident in dealing with clients on a daily basis and will have excellent communication and client management skills. You will have a good degree of self sufficiency and will enjoy managing a challenging and varied caseload. You will also enjoy the involvement in marketing and business development activities that this role requires.
