About the Role

Join an established legal team which provides legal support across a wide variety of areas including drafting commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, share plans, employment matters, litigation and product development to the Group.

You will provide a proactive and robust legal support as p[art of the  Group’s risk management and support services functions.

Research and provice professional legal and regulatory advice.

Liase and instruct external solicitors when required.

Negotiate and finalise contract terms with clients within Group frameworks.

Assist with new product developmet and integration of new business.

Provide management support and ensure compliance to company statutory obligations.

About You

You will be a qualified UK Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years and maximum of 5 years experience for this particular role. You will have trained with a recognised national firm and have an exceptionally well developed communication skills. You will work well in a team environment and have an open and adaptable temperament.
