About the Role
Our client’s well recognised Commercial Insurance Team has an excellent reputation for its effective and efficient service to its clients, including household name insurers, in relation to claims for subrogated losses. The work of this specialist team includes claims in relation to property damage as the result of fire, flood or impact, product liability as well as some negligence and other third party disputes. In all cases the emphasis is on the recovery of costs. Due to continued success the team are looking to recruit a further lawyer to the team who will take over an existing caseload and will also be responsible for the supervision of a team of paralegals.
About You
As work is ready and waiting for the successful candidate, this person is required to have some relevant litigation experience (c.2 years + pqe)in relation to property damage, subrogated claims and/or recoveries. Some experience of managing, or coaching other team members is also desirable. You will be bright, hard working and keen to involve yourself in the teams’ further development and success.
