About the Role

Superb opportunity to join a dynamic and fast moving business in the West Country. You will work in a small legal team providing commercial support to a wide variety of senior personnel within the business. You will be expected to immerse yourself in the full range of commercial operations within the business. 

About You

You will have at least 2 years post qualified experience as a solicitor in the UK. you will have a background in non contentious commercial law. you will have a solid grounding in contract drafting and negotiating terms. Ideally you will have a grasp of competition law to protect the business interests of this companies wide portfolio. 

You will have strong communication skills. A background In House would be helpful but strong consideration given to those with a strong offering a strong commercial instinct from private practice.
