About the Role
An excellent opportunity to join a large thriving business in the South West of England. You will join an existing and established legal team headed by an experienced Head of Legal. You will provide legal support across a wide variety of areas including drafting commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, employment matters, litigation and product development. This is an interesting and challenging position in a fantastic team environment.
As part of the role other main responsibilities will include;
Providing robust legal advice to the Group’s risk management and support functions.
Provide advie on regulatory matters
Liason with external counsel
Negotiate and finalise contract terms
About You
You will have 2+pqe gained in a recognised commercial UK law firm. You will have a solid general commercial/Corporate background. the guide is around the 2-4pqe level. You must possess good academics and a generally solid educational background. You do not previously have worked in house but this may be an advantage.
