Candidates will have a minimum of 2 years relevant post qualification experience and need to have previous education experience, ideally having advised operators in the education sector. You will have genuine desire to further specialise in educational work. The work is largely commercial so some relevant experience in this area and/or employment law would be useful and experience in child and care law would be also be advantageous.
