About the Role
This newly created position represents a rare opportunity to move in house as a Company PSL and work for one of the country’s leading privately run companies. We are looking for a Company Law specialist to further develop the cutting-edge updating services offered to generations of leading Solicitors and Barristers. You will provide incisive and commercially valuable company law commentary and updates ensuring the smooth translation of complex material to a wide audience. As the ‘pillar of knowledge’ for this business you will look to provide in depth commentary capable of finding a unique place in this highly competitive market.
About You
We are looking for a Qualified legal professional working in a leading firm with an accomplished and current background in Company Law. you will have an excellent academic pedigree coupled with the ability to connect commercially with your audience. You will have a talent for writing and delivering complex material into a user friendly and marktable format. As representative for this business you will need the confidence to chair meetings and speak at public events. We anticipate that the role could appeal to applicants currently working in Practice who may be looking for a part-time position.
