About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Commercial team of this well recognised multi office law firm to undertake a mixed commercial and projects case load. This cross office team are experienced in advising a range of clients on public private partnerships in several sectors, including local government, health, education, information technology and transport.
The work of the team includes advising on the private finance initiative, public private partnership, joint ventures and public sector consortia, prudential borrowing, procurement law, commercial law, employment law and property law.
About You
You will have completed at least one commercial and/or projects seats during your training contract and will ideally have trained with a well recognised regional or City firm. You will have excellent commercial drafting skills, as well as good attention to detail and the ability to build and maintain good client relationships. The ideal candidate will also have experience of working for public sector clients and experience in procurement law – particularly the Public Contracts Regulations 2006.
