About the Role
An unusual opportunity to join one of the countries leading commercial departments based in Bristol.
We are looking for a top class commercial lawyer with at least 3 years qualified experience who has worked in a leading regional or city practice. Some of the areas we are looking for experience in are:
outsourcings and other complex procurements;
* distribution, agency and franchising agreements;
* consumer protection and other business regulation;
* reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
You will have a major part to play in assisting the firm in its strategic growth areas which include Financial Services, Rail, Utilities and Defence.
You will join a team of truly outstanding lawyers who share a mix of top level technical expertise coupled with in depth In House commercial awareness.
About You
As well as having the commercial legal knowledge ideally you will be able to evidence experience in large scale commercial projects. Outsourcing projects would be of particular interest. You will have an excellent technical grounding and be able to show the potential to grow into a senior position within a realistic period.
