She specialises in private practice and assists in the recruitment of solicitors, from newly qualified to partner level, for a wide range of clients including major national and regional law firms within the South West and South Wales
Megan’s experience gained during her previous career as a solicitor has proved invaluable in helping her to understand the needs of both her clients and candidates. To date she has specialised almost exclusively in private practice and has a high degree of expertise in this area, enabling her to provide expert, bespoke and consultative advice to clients and candidates alike . Megan worked in the London market for several years before relocating to Bristol in 2003 and refocusing on the South West and South Wales market.
Megan is a Law graduate and qualified as a solicitor in 1997. She specialised in family law for several
years before moving into recruitment in 2000
