Giles specialism is in Legal recruitment which mirrors his own training as a solicitor and has a high degree of expertise within Private Practice and Industry. He has an extensive client list featuring SME’s through to worldwide multinational household names. Previous assignments range from contingent selection through to bespoke retained search assignments targeting Partners and General Counsel. Giles has an in depth knowledge of what a business is looking for from a general commercial legal position in industry through to roles requiring a more specialist knowledge.

Giles is a Graduate and has degrees in Business and Law (BA/LLB). He trained to be a solicitor before moving into recruitment in 1997.
